In one of the most watched primaries of 2024, More than 30 ACC Action members supported the Curtis for Senate campaign.

Amplify

1. ACC Action ran a targeted digital campaign to connect commonsense environmental policy with foundational conservative values, like stewardship, national strength, and economic resilience.
2. With 8.4 million impressions, op-eds in local outlets, and three events featuring community leaders, we helped shift the narrative on what conservative leadership on these issues looks like in Utah.

Influence

Early polling in 2024 showed a crowded field and an uncertain path forward. But by building a consistent surround-sound presence on the ground and in the media, our members helped elevate a conversation focused on solutions over slogans.

Mobilize

1. ACC Action rallied public awareness through organic social media engagement to help showcase momentum for HB 85.
2. We sponsored a town hall for Representative Clancy to engage citizens on responsible environmental stewardship.

Amplify

1. We co-signed a coalition letter with partners including the Foundation for American Innovation, Libertas Institute, R Street Institute, and The Western Way, underscoring the importance of the bill’s commonsense blend of environmental stewardship and regulatory clarity.
2. ACC Action staff member, Isaiah Menning, testified before the Utah House Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee in late January.

Influence

HB 85 passed committee and was signed into law on March 24th, updating Utah’s Clean Air Act permitting process to promote flexibility, protect air quality, and reduce permitting backlogs by hundreds of years statewide.

Mobilize

ACC Action has empowered Coloradans and members across the country to build a strong foundation of nuclear literacy by participating in educational film screenings, learning from experts in the field, taking our free Nuclear 101 course, and touring local nuclear plants.

Amplify

1. For years, ACC Colorado and ACC Action members have penned op-eds, spoken on local podcasts, and shown up in publications like Colorado Politics and The Rocky Mountain Voice. 
2. We’ve helped local leaders testify on behalf of nuclear reclassification on four separate occasions.

Influence

The bill passed both the Colorado House and Senate, with Governor Jared Polis signing the legislation into law on April 2nd, 2025. 

Mobilize

Through digital advertising, issue education, and grassroots mobilizing, ACC Action equipped Texans with the tools to speak out against the overregulation of their energy.

Amplify

1. We ran a multi-platform campaign exposing how SB 819 would impose unfair permitting barriers, limited rural income opportunities, and expand government control over land use.
2. We rallied local media to engage with the issue in outlets like the Gainesville Register.

Influence

Thanks to strategic public pressure, education, and direct constituent letters from 1,000+ Texans, SB 819 was ultimately defeated in the legislature.
